TENDER DESCRIPTION

• Ongoing project management: The contracting authority (AG) takes over operational control, progress monitoring and risk management for overall performance throughout the entire contract term. The contractors for the individual lots agree among themselves on a PM lead. Coordination and networking of project partners from different transport modes should ensure that the needs of all parties involved are taken into account in order to enable a comprehensive and cross-transport-mode solution. • Preparation of documents: Structured pre- and post-processing of all relevant project documents, presentations and decision templates for the political and administrative level of the contracting authority. • Interface coordination & networking: Active moderation and bringing together of the project partners (including, among others, the ministry, municipal stakeholders, transport companies). • Process and schedule planning: Creation of an integrated approach, project and milestone plan for the entire innovation partnership procedure and an overall strategic picture. • Regular reporting: o Conduct of a weekly coordination meeting (jour fixe) with the responsible specialist unit. o…
