TENDER DESCRIPTION

To cover the demand for green electricity, the contracting authority requires a new energy supply contract. The energy supply contract to be concluded includes the supply of the entire demand for green electricity to supply the designated delivery points. Number of delivery points: 1 (of which 1 RLM) with annual consumption: 346,465 kWh. The contractor undertakes to supply the required green electricity in accordance with the following conditions: Green electricity is required. Green electricity is understood to mean electricity generated from renewable energy sources. This includes, for example, wind power, solar energy, or hydropower. The green electricity is intended to meet the quality requirements of the standard labels. Certification of the offered green electricity under Grüne Strom Label, ok power, TÜV NORD A75-S026-1, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 80 EE01, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 82 EE02, TÜV SÜD CMS Standard 87 Generation EE+ or a label with equivalent requirements is therefore a prerequisite for supplying the customers’ properties. After the end of the respective supply year, the supplier must provide evidence of the supply of green electricity using origin proofs or certificates.
