TENDER DESCRIPTION
In various stages of processing, a feasibility study was prepared in 2023 and further developed in depth until 2025. In addition, condition analyses and structural engineering clarifications were carried out for the existing properties. On this basis, the Board of Directors of WPZ Berghof decided to implement the detailed feasibility study. WPZ Berghof consists of building sections from different periods of construction and with different conditions. Individual parts as well as also central functions have a high need for renewal. For a future-oriented operation, four care stations with 25–27 beds each are to be implemented on one horizontal level each. Spacious and functional new single rooms with their own en-suite bathrooms are to be created.
