TENDER DESCRIPTION

In various stages of processing, a feasibility study was developed in 2023 and further developed in depth up to 2025. In addition, condition analyses and structural engineering clarifications of the existing properties were carried out. On this basis, the Board of Directors of WPZ Berghof decided to implement the in-depth feasibility study. WPZ Berghof consists of building sections created at different points in time and in different conditions. Individual parts as well as central functions have a great need for renewal. For a future-oriented operation, four care stations with 25–27 beds each are to be implemented on a single horizontal level. Generous and functional new single rooms with their own en-suite wet areas are to be created.
