TENDER DESCRIPTION

In various stages of processing, a feasibility study was prepared in 2023 and further developed in depth until 2025. In addition, condition analyses and structural engineering clarifications of the existing properties were carried out. On this basis, the board of directors of the WPZ Berghof decided to implement the in-depth feasibility study. The WPZ Berghof consists of building sections created at different times and in different conditions. Individual parts as well as central functions have a high need for renewal. For a forward-looking operation, four care stations with 25–27 beds each are to be implemented on each one horizontal level. Spacious and functional new single rooms with their own en-suite bathrooms are to be created.
