TENDER DESCRIPTION
With the present tender, LUKS is seeking providers that are able to provide SailPoint IIQ support for LUKS and make expert know-how for SailPoint IIQ available to LUKS on an on-call basis, based on a service and support contract. The latter has a term of 5 years, including the possibility of annual extension up to a maximum term of 8 years, and, in addition to the support services and the hourly rates for the different profiles provided, it governs the uniform hourly rate for all profiles and the provision of an SPoC for LUKS, through which all requests and matters of LUKS relating to the topics regulated therein are handled. out-of-scope of the procurement The licenses and software maintenance for SailPoint IIQ are not part of the present tender.
