TENDER DESCRIPTION

The catering for employees and patients of Munich Clinic (MüK) is provided via the four kitchens at the hospitals in Bogenhausen, Harlaching, Neuperlach and Schwabing. The Dermatology Clinic in Thalkirchner Straße is also catered for via the kitchen at the Schwabing site. Each year, the MüK has approx. 790,000 patient meal days and additionally provides lunch to approx. 1,100 employees on weekdays. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, approx. 165 employees take part in lunch catering. The food used for patient care is regenerated in the food transport trolleys. Employee catering is provided by dispensing in the staff restaurants using food that has been regenerated in bulk containers in the kitchen. The Munich Clinics require a flat-rate price per lunch. The menus are to be divided into price categories, with the individual price categories being calculated differently. The price categories are: - Patients - Choice service patients - Employee / guest catering.
