TENDER DESCRIPTION

A tax advisory firm is sought with experience in advising public-sector companies and in grant-related matters. The contract components are: 1. Payroll and financial accounting, tax advisory services and other support 1.1. Representation in ongoing payroll and financial accounting in exceptional cases (e.g. illness) (including all prior, main and subsequent work such as master data maintenance and setting up employees) 1.2. Preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, notes), including publication in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) with a flat fee per annual financial statement (estimated assumption: four annual financial statements). The price stated is a fixed price even if the calculation basis, e.g. value of the subject matter, changes. The costs of publication in the Federal Gazette are borne by the Zukunftsagentur itself. 1.3. Preparation of tax returns (corporation tax, trade tax, value added tax), including development of a tax balance sheet based on the commercial balance sheet.
