TENDER DESCRIPTION

A tax advisory firm with experience in advising public-sector companies and in grant-related business is sought. The service components are: 1. Payroll – financial accounting, tax consulting and further support 1.1. Representation in ongoing payroll and financial accounting in exceptional cases (e.g. illness) (including all preparatory, main and follow-up work such as master data maintenance and setting up employees) 1.2. Preparation of annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes) including publication in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) a flat-rate payment per annual financial statement (estimated assumption: four annual financial statements). The price stated is a fixed price even if the calculation basis changes, e.g. transaction values. The costs of publication in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) are borne by Zukunftsagentur. 1.3. Preparation of tax returns (corporation tax, trade tax, value added tax including development of a tax balance sheet from the commercial balance sheet).
