TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance cleaning in various buildings with a total cleaning area of approx. 11,991.00 m² as specified in detail in the tender documents, as well as special services upon request and as specified in detail in the tender documents. In particular, in the event of delays in awarding, the period for performance may be moved to a later time. The tender documents consist of a WORD part and an EXCEL part. Submission of offers is permitted only using these templates. In this context, the fields highlighted in gray in the WORD part as well as the predefined fields in the EXCEL part must be completed and submitted with the offer. Changes to the templates result in exclusion. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that a prior inspection of the property is required for appropriate calculation from the contracting authority’s perspective, since despite careful preparation of the tender documents, individual circumstances may exist which, with regard to a tenderer’s work organization, can lead to additional or reduced effort, while the provision of appropriate and reliable performance is however of particular importance to the contracting authority.
