TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maintenance cleaning in various buildings with a total cleaning area of approx. 11,991.00 m² as specified in detail in the tender documents, as well as special tasks upon request and as specified in detail in the tender documents. In particular, in case of delays in awarding the contract, the performance period may be postponed to a later date. The tender documents consist of a WORD part and an EXCEL part. Submission of the tender is only permitted using these templates. The grey-highlighted fields in the WORD part as well as the specified fields in the EXCEL part must be completed and submitted with the tender. Changes to the templates will lead to exclusion. The contracting authority points out that prior site inspection is necessary for a proper calculation from the contracting authority’s point of view, as individual circumstances may exist despite careful preparation of the tender documents, which may result in additional or reduced effort regarding the organizational work of a bidder, while proper and reliable service provision is of particular importance for the contracting authority.
