TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority—the Kommunale Betriebe Langen (KBL)—intends to award a contract for itself and the municipality of Egelsbach for “recovery of used paper (PPK)”. This includes the collection, transport, quantity reporting and recovery of used paper (PPK). Based on internal forecasts, the contracting authority assumes that approximately 2,000 megagrams (“Mg”) of used paper (PPK) are to be recovered annually from the city of Langen and 500 Mg of used paper (PPK) from the municipality of Egelsbach. The quantities are made up of collection at the recycling yard, collection in depot containers, and container-based collection. The collection of the used paper (PPK) is to take place at the transfer/loading facility of KNETTENBRECH + GURDULIC Umweltservice GmbH, Werner-Heisenberg-Straße 13 in 63263 Neu-Isenburg.
