TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the 1st floor, a partially inpatient day clinic will be accommodated, which serves as replacement space for clearing the construction site for the I-Haus. The unit primarily includes examination rooms for diagnostic purposes. In addition, there are reclining rooms there in which patients receive infusions. A large dayroom area is provided for waiting between the individual examinations. Ancillary rooms such as a support base, work and storage rooms, sanitary rooms and a distribution kitchen supplement the space offering. 2nd floor: The 2nd floor will also be used as alternative space for the newly to be constructed I-Haus and will serve as a bed unit. This floor has 16 patient rooms with 20 beds. In addition, areas are provided for the interdisciplinary support base and staff accommodation, examination rooms, office rooms, the distribution kitchen, storage rooms and sanitary rooms. During the interim phase, the existing areas in Transition North and the areas in the new construction of the rehabilitation extension by one storey will form a functional unit. 3rd floor: The Children’s and Adolescent Psychiatry unit moves into the 3rd floor; it is currently located in the H-Haus.…
