TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service shall support BGN in determining, on a methodologically comprehensible, documented and update-capable basis, the staffing requirements required for proper performance of tasks as of a uniform reference date. It also serves to consolidate the previously existing bases within BGN, to validate them methodologically and to prepare them in such a way that they can be used for future personnel management, personnel budget planning and position planning. The service shall build on the subject-related preparatory work available in BGN, task catalogues, job type classifications, parameters, IT-supported PBE structures, as well as the decisions on the further course of action made by the Executive Board (Hauptgeschäftsführung).
