TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the 1st floor, a partially inpatient day clinic will be accommodated, which serves as replacement floor area for the site clearance of the I-Haus. The unit includes mainly examination rooms for diagnostic purposes. In addition, there are lying-in rooms there in which patients receive infusions. A large day-room area is used for waiting between the individual examinations. Ancillary rooms, such as base station areas, work and storage rooms, sanitary rooms and distribution kitchen, complement the space offering. 2nd floor: The 2nd floor is also used as alternative floor area for the newly constructed I-Haus and serves as the ward for beds. The storey has 16 patient rooms with 20 beds. In addition, there are areas for the interdisciplinary support station and staff stay, examination rooms, office rooms, the distribution kitchen, storage and sanitary rooms. During the interim phase, the existing areas in the Nord transition area and the areas in the new rehabilitation extension will form a functional unit. 3rd floor: On the 3rd floor, the children’s and adolescent psychiatry unit will move in, which is currently located in the H-Haus.
