TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the 1st floor, a semi-inpatient day clinic will be accommodated, which serves as replacement space for the clearance of the building site for the I-Haus. The station mainly includes examination rooms for diagnostic purposes. In addition, there are reclining rooms there in which patients receive infusions. A large day-room area is used for waiting between the individual examinations. Ancillary rooms such as a base/support station, work and storage rooms, sanitary rooms and distribution pantry supplement the available room offering. 2nd floor: The 2nd floor is also used as interim overflow space for the newly to be erected I-Haus and serves as a ward for beds. The floor provides 16 patient rooms with 20 beds. In addition, there are areas for the interdisciplinary base/support station and staff stay, examination rooms, offices, the distribution pantry, storage rooms and sanitary rooms.
