TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this award procedure is the planning, financing, construction and ready-for-operation handover of a new CHP plant as a replacement for the existing CHP plant, and the provision of the same to the contracting authority under a lease agreement at the site of Knappschaft Kliniken Universitätsklinikum Bochum GmbH, In der Schornau 23-25, 44892 Bochum. The new CHP plant serves as a replacement for the existing plant and will be installed in the 3rd basement level (3. UG) of the technical central plant next to the existing gas boilers.
