Project background TenneT, together with the other German transmission system operators, shall provide and set up and operate a joint internet platform for conducting the tendering of capacities in accordance with the StromVKG, and at the latest by 15 October 2027. Purpose of the tender The purpose of the tender is to procure, implement, integrate and operate a secure and scalable software module for conducting auctions and other processes in the German capacity market. In particular, the solution shall support bid submission, evaluation, award of contracts and transfer in accordance with the StromVKG and be integrated into the joint platform of the four German transmission system operators.
