Project background TenneT, together with the other German transmission system operators, shall provide and set up and operate a common internet platform for conducting the tendering of capacities in accordance with StromVKG, at the latest by 15 October 2027. Purpose of the tender The purpose of the tender is the procurement, implementation, integration and operation of a secure and scalable software module for carrying out auctions and other processes in the German capacity market. In particular, the solution shall support the submission of bids, evaluation, award of contracts and transfer in accordance with StromVKG and be integrated into the common platform of the four German transmission system operators.
