TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Volksschule Emmen operates, in the area of after-school day structures, a lunch service at eight locations for 38 weeks per year, and a holiday day-care (ferienhort) during six holiday weeks. The municipality of Emmen is required, due to the applicable Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement (IVöB 2019) and the Introductory Act to the IVöB (EGIVöB), to carry out a corresponding tendering procedure for the new award and to award the contract again at the start of the 2027/28 school year (01.08.2027). The midday catering is being tendered for the after-school day structures of the Volksschule Emmen for 38 school weeks as well as for 6 weeks of holiday care per year.
