TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the media-technical equipment of the court hearing rooms of all courts and tribunals of the State of Hesse with uniformly operable media and video hearing technology. The contracting authority will equip the hearing rooms according to requirements and optionally in several stages. Probably at the beginning of 2027, as part of a separate measure, modern media carts will first be set up in the hearing rooms, equipped with interactive displays on a rolling cart and 360° cameras. This procurement is not part of the procurement procedure. The contractor must take the media cart components into account conceptually and integrate them into the subsequent stages built on them.
