TENDER DESCRIPTION
The network operator to whom the contract is awarded following completion of this selection procedure shall be granted a service concession for the construction and operation of a gigabit-capable network for the overall area (Lot 1 + Lot 2 + Lot 3). For this purpose, the successful bidder plans, builds and operates the necessary passive and active network infrastructure with all civil engineering services and components that are required to provide the under-served participants with a high-performance gigabit network, to be applied in accordance with the rules of technology.
