TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the preparation of the reports “Employment trends in the Free State of Bavaria” for 2027 and 2028. For this purpose, the contractor must evaluate a total of 1,200 company surveys. The required data for the company panel are collected by an institute/company (for 2027 and 2028, respectively) that has been commissioned by the IAB; the contractor must commission the same institute. As described in the performance specification, the data are obtained, on the one hand, from 800 company surveys that are commissioned and financed by the IAB (base sample), and on the other hand from 400 company surveys that are financed by the contractor itself and are to be provided by it on behalf of the contract (oversampling sample). Thus, part of this contract is also the collection of the oversampling sample (including the surveys) for the years 2027 and 2028, whereby the contractor must commission, in its own name and at its own expense, the institute/company commissioned by the IAB (for each year) for the data collection for the company panel.
