TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is new/unused summer and winter car tyres for vehicles intended for emergency medical assistance and sanitary transport, with installed medical equipment, as well as services related to their delivery (tyre mounting/dismounting services, balancing, installation of tubeless valve stems, and tyre storage). Bidders are required to deliver the goods and perform all services in accordance with legal regulations, professional rules, and standards, thereby guaranteeing the safety of the user of the services specified. The Bidder is obliged to supply car tyres that are no older than one year from the date preceding the delivery date. The selected bidder shall, by signing the contract, accept the immutability of the unit prices (premium) for the duration of the contract, unless such changes are in the Purchaser’s favour or in the event of amendment of the Contract in accordance with Article 315 of ZJN 2016/2022.
