TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of parts required for buses in the quality category for the entire duration of the system (72 months) with a planned maximum net value of HUF 60,000,000,000. The expected maximum value of contracts to be concluded under this category is net HUF 300,000,000. This call for participation aims at setting up the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DPS). During the entire term of the DPS, any economic operator meeting the suitability criteria defined by the contracting authority may join. In implementing the DPS, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will make available to participants who have submitted valid registration to the DPS precise technical descriptions and contractual conditions concerning specific procurements to be conducted within the DPS simultaneously with sending the invitation to tender.
