TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for the supply of “Autoizoterme”, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the specifications (terms of reference), intended to equip the structures of the Romanian Border Police. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator, on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be awarded, depending on the identified needs and the budgetary funds approved for this purpose. The framework agreement will be concluded by the General Inspectorate of the Border Police, in its own name as well as in the name and on behalf of the associated contracting authorities, namely: 1. Coast Guard; 2. Timișoara Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police; 3. Giurgiu Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police; 4. Oradea Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police; 5. Iași Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police; 6. Sighetu Marmației Territorial Inspectorate of the Border Police; 7.
