TENDER DESCRIPTION

At Fraunhofer IKTS-HD, transparent composite systems made of glass and transparent ceramics are to be manufactured using thermoplastic films (e.g. TPU, PVB). For this purpose, an autoclave is required that enables pressure- and temperature-controlled lamination processes to be carried out reproducibly. The autoclave will be used in the context of research, development and small-series processes and must ensure homogeneous pressure and temperature distribution over the entire component surface. Funding notice / project reference: The procurement is carried out as part of the TAB project funded by the Free State of Thuringia under project no. 2025 FGI 0016. The subject matter of the procurement serves to implement the research, development and quality assurance work planned in the project at Fraunhofer IKTS-HD. The high-resolution digital microscopy system is used for optical examination, documentation, measurement and three-dimensional analysis of samples and thereby supports the project-related work in the field of ceramic materials and process development.
