TENDER DESCRIPTION

A shared platform is to be procured for cellular and translational long-term experiments with nucleic-acid-based interventions. The system must cultivate at least four microtiter plates without supervision (37 °C, 5 % CO2, humidity), automatically transport them and repeatedly image them in the spinning-disk confocal and wide-field fluorescence mode as well as marker-free in brightfield. The scope of supply includes water-immersion objectives from 4× to 60×, a reproducible autofocus, an injector unit for time-controlled substance dispensing, and software for automated image processing and quantitative analysis.
