TENDER DESCRIPTION
A shared platform is to be procured for cellular and translational long-term experiments with nucleic acid-based interventions. The system must be able to cultivate at least four microtiter plates unattended (37 °C, 5 % CO2, humidity), automatically transport them and repeatedly image in Spinning-Disk confocal and wide-field fluorescence mode and, without labeling, in brightfield. The scope of supply includes objectives from 4× to 60× water immersion, a reproducible autofocus, an injector unit for time-controlled substance addition, and software for automated image processing and quantitative analysis. Funding is provided from public research funds.
