TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services forming the subject of the contract relate to the main project management assignments and assistance to project owner during the design and delivery phase. The project provides for the implementation of noise protections at source along the urban crossing of Tours between the Sainte-Radegonde interchange (PR205.000) and the Saint-Avertin interchange (PR210.270), by creating approximately 6,000 m² of new noise barriers and dismantling 2,200 m² of existing noise barriers for the reconstruction of raised barriers with an area of 3,400 m². The main project management mission includes project management assignments for the design and delivery phases, within the meaning of the MOP Law and its implementing texts, and the complementary missions include in particular: - The production and monitoring of any complementary studies required for the preparation of technical and regulatory documents, - The production of regulatory documents, - The management and organization of the mission.
