TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for the supply of “Thermal imaging surveillance vehicles – VAN”, in accordance with the technical specifications set out in the specifications (tender documents), intended to equip the structures of the Romanian Border Police. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date of its signing by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications (tender documents). The delivery period for the products is 6 months from the date on which the subsequent contract is signed by the last party. The estimated quantity that is the subject of the framework agreement: - minimum 12 pcs and maximum 70 pcs. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 29.404.956,00 lei excluding VAT.
