TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for products, with the purpose of supplying “Thermal imaging surveillance special vehicles – VAN”, in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the specifications/terms of reference, intended to equip the structures of the Romanian Border Police. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date of its signing by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications/terms of reference. The delivery term for the products is 6 months from the date of signing of the subsequent contract by the last party. Estimated quantity that will be subject to the framework agreement: - minimum 12 cpl. and maximum 70 cpl. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 29.404.956,00 lei excluding VAT.
