TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for products, having as its subject the supply of "Special vehicles for document control and for carrying out verifications in databases", in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the specifications (terms of reference), for equipping the Romanian Border Police structures. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date on which it is signed by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications (terms of reference). The delivery term for the products is 6 months from the date on which the subsequent contract is signed by the last party. Estimated quantity that will be the subject of the framework agreement: - minimum 2 units (cpl.) and maximum 14 units (cpl.). The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 1,885,000.00 lei excluding VAT.
