TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for products consisting of the supply of "Special vehicles for document control and database verifications", in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the specifications booklet, intended for equipping the Romanian Border Police structures. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date of signature by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications booklet. The delivery time of the products is 6 months from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party. The estimated quantity that will be subject of the framework agreement: - minimum 2 units and maximum 14 units. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 1,885,000.00 lei excluding VAT.
