TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for the supply of “Special vehicles for document control and for performing checks in databases”, in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the specifications/terms of reference, intended to equip the structures of the Romanian Border Police. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date it is signed by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the specifications/terms of reference. The delivery period for the products is 6 months from the date the subsequent contract is signed by the last party. The estimated quantity that will form the subject of the framework agreement: - minimum 2 units and maximum 14 units. The value of the largest subsequent contract will be 1,885,000.00 RON excluding VAT.
