AUTOUTILITARA PICKUP, full hybrid (N1) The product description is available in the Specifications. Attached to the Award Documentation, all documents necessary for preparing the tender are included. Pursuant to Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and with due observance of the provisions of the Supply Contract, any amendments that may occur during the performance period of the contract refer to the following, without limitation: amendments to the contracting parties; duration of the contract; verification and acceptance; subcontractors. Any amendment to the public procurement contract during its period of validity other than in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Article 221 of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, shall be carried out by organizing a new award procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented. The amendments shall be made after the contract is signed, in accordance with the contractual provisions, only if they do not constitute substantial amendments within the meaning of the provisions of Article 221(7) of Law no. 98/2016.
