TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to ensure an appropriate level of mobility and adequate operational capacity, the purchase of an 8+1-seater vehicle, equipped with a TETRA station, is necessary to ensure the operational mobility of the prefect and the staff of the Prefecture Institution in carrying out monitoring, control, coordination and intervention activities in the field, including in emergency situations and interinstitutional actions. The vehicle will enable the rapid movement of operational teams and representatives of the institutions involved in managing risk situations, as well as participation in interinstitutional and cross-border cooperation activities. At the same time, it is necessary for the implementation of the project financed through the Interreg Romania–Ukraine Programme, providing logistical support for the common activities with the project partners, the movement of the teams, and the efficient coordination of the planned actions and information campaigns.
