TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to ensure an appropriate level of mobility and adequate operational capacity, the purchase of a 8+1-seater vehicle, equipped with a TETRA station, is necessary to ensure the operational mobility of the prefect and the staff of the Prefecture Institution in carrying out monitoring, control, coordination and intervention activities in the field, including in emergency situations and interinstitutional actions. The vehicle will allow the rapid deployment of the operational teams and representatives of the institutions involved in managing risk situations, as well as participation in interinstitutional and cross-border cooperation activities. At the same time, it is necessary for the implementation of the project funded through the Interreg Romania–Ukraine Programme, ensuring logistical support for the joint activities with the project partners, the deployment of teams and the efficient coordination of the planned actions and information campaigns.
