TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement framework agreement for products with the subject of supplying 8+1 seat Vehicles in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the tender dossier, intended to equip the structures of the Romanian Border Police. The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with a single economic operator, based on which subsequent contracts will be awarded according to identified needs and approved budgetary funds for this purpose. During the term of the framework agreement, the General Inspectorate of the Border Police and the associated contracting authorities will be able to conclude subsequent contracts, within the quantities provided for in the framework agreement and depending on the approved budgetary funds. The duration of the framework agreement is 24 months from the date it is signed by the last party, in accordance with the provisions of the tender dossier and its annexes. The delivery time for the products is 180 days from the date of signing the subsequent contract by the last party.
