TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is key management services provided for Helsinki City Facilities Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or the “Contracting Entity”). The subject of the procurement and the requirements related thereto are described in detail in the request for tenders and its appendices. The contract period is expected to begin in spring 2027 upon the expiry of the current service agreement. The exact start date of the contract period will be agreed with the selected service provider. The contract is valid for a fixed period of two (2) years from the start date of service production, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The Contracting Entity will not be subject to a minimum purchase commitment, and the contract does not grant the service provider exclusive rights to carry out the procurement. The information on procurement volumes provided in the documents is non-binding estimates for the Contracting Entity.
