TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is key management, including the return, storage and collection of customers’ keys for customer service. A new tenant may collect the keys from the supplier’s premises or from a Smartbox located at the premises of Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy, to which the supplier delivers the keys. The supplier delivers the keys to the Smartbox on weekdays between 15:00 and 16:00. The supplier is required to have premises for the return and collection of keys in the city centre area of Lappeenranta, within a maximum distance of 5 km from Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy (address Valtakatu 44, 53100 Lappeenranta). The intended contract period is to begin on 1.1.2027 and end on 31.12.2028. In addition, the contracting authority reserves the option, if it so wishes, to extend the contract year by year, however for no more than two (2) option years. The contracting authority will decide on the use of the option after separate negotiations with the supplier held at the end of the actual contract period or option period.
