TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing manufacturer support for the Avaya telephone exchange and its accessories serving the contracting authority’s buildings, as well as for services and developments built on the telephone system. The purpose of the 36-month manufacturer support is divided into two parts: 1. In the event of hardware or software failures occurring during the proper operation of the Avaya system, official support and assistance provided by the manufacturer’s engineers for troubleshooting downtime. 2. Software tracking during the entire support period, which makes available to the MNB the latest versions for all of the system’s software, as well as security updates. With this, the manufacturer ensures that its systems can be operated safely, without errors, and with the expected functions throughout their entire lifecycle. For operational risk would arise with obsolete, not updated software. The Avaya system operated by the MNB has the licenses detailed in the table below.
