TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of catering and cleaning services for the City of Vantaa’s Aviapoliksen lukio Upper Secondary School in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices. Aviapoliksen lukio will be introduced gradually. In the initial phase in 2027, the number of students is estimated to be 90. The number of staff is estimated to be approximately 2–15 in the initial phase. In 2028, the estimated number of pupils is approximately 530 and the number of staff is approximately 15–20, and in 2029 the estimated number of pupils is 700. The exact number of staff in 2029 is not yet known. The contracting authority will select at most one (1) contract supplier. The agreement will be made for an indefinite period of time. The terms of the agreement are described in more detail in the draft agreements attached to the request for tender (Appendices 1 and 2). The estimated start date of the agreement period is 1.1.2027.
