TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (the individual contracting authorities) will order the bus transport services occasionally, depending on actual needs. The contracting authority (the individual contracting authority) is not obliged under the framework agreement to order a specific number of transports, since it cannot determine them in advance by scope and time. The contracting authority (the individual contracting authority) will order the services that are the subject of this public procurement by carrying out individual requests between the parties (opening of competition), with which it will conclude a framework agreement. For each individual lot, on the basis of the conditions and criteria specified in the documentation, the contracting authority will select a maximum of five (5) tenderers who will submit the most advantageous tender for that lot, with whom, on behalf of all (individual) contracting authorities listed in Annex 1 to these instructions, it will conclude a framework agreement.
