TENDER DESCRIPTION

The state of Saarland and the Zweckverband Elektronische Verwaltung im Saarland (eGo-Saar) intend to award framework contracts for the provision and operation of an awareness platform, together with supplementary services. The awareness platform is intended to further raise employees’ awareness of information security and the dangers posed by external cyber-attacks. The platform is to consist of the modules E-learnings and phishing simulation and is to be provided as a SaaS solution. Using the associated reporting/analytics, audience-specific measures are to be carried out in a data-driven manner and their success is to be measured. The procurement procedure is carried out by the IT Service Centre of Saarland (IT-DLZ) for both contracting authorities.
