TENDER DESCRIPTION
The State of Saarland and the Zweckverband Elektronische Verwaltung im Saarland (eGo-Saar) intend to award framework contracts for the provision and operation of an awareness platform, including supplementary services. The awareness platform is intended to further sensitize employees to information security and the dangers of external cyber attacks. The platform is to consist of the modules E-learnings and phishing simulations and is to be provided as a SaaS solution. Using the associated reporting/analytics, measures can be carried out in a data-driven, audience-specific manner and their success can be measured. The procurement procedure is conducted by the IT Service Centre of Saarland (IT-DLZ) for both contracting authorities.
