TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is to supply, install, and operate an application (spreading management system) which provides the ability to facilitate and visualize the operational process of anti-icing by the Agency for Roads and Traffic. The real-time data/information coming from the anti-icing equipment serves as the basis, and the spreading management system must display this information in a readable way, giving AWV clear insight into the spreading actions (both live and retrospectively).
