TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this contract is to supply, install, replace and maintain equipment forming part of biflash and dynamic 30 km/h zone installations along the regional roads (and side streets) managed by the Flemish Region. This also includes the central applications that provide control of these installations (among other things the calendar website, the Central Master Controller software and communication interface points with the distance monitoring system).
