TENDER DESCRIPTION
Procedure under the Public Procurement Act for the delivery and installation of a new X-ray tube - a spare part, compatible with the angiography system “Azurion 7 B20” Philips, including: 1.1. Delivery of a new X-ray tube (“spare part”); 1.2. Dismantling of the old defective tube and transporting it for recycling, disposal or other action, at the expense of the participant designated as the contractor (“the Contractor”/“the Contractor(s)”); 1.3. Installation of the new X-ray tube; 1.4. Configuration, calibration and commissioning of the angiography system after the installation of the newly installed X-ray tube; 1.5. Warranty maintenance of the new X-ray tube (possible replacement in the event of a defect).
