Requested scope of services 1.1 Project preparation and surveying and geodetic advisory services - Reviewing the documents provided by the contracting authority, in particular: - Checking the existing surveying bases for: preparation of a surveying concept with at least the following content: - Participation in an opening meeting with the contracting authority, project management, object planning, construction supervision and, if applicable, BIM management. - Advising the contracting authority on special surveying services required 1.2 Determination of the location, elevation and reference system 1.3 Establishment, testing and maintenance of the benchmark/control point field 1.4 Surveying and geodetic coordination and interface management 1.5 Requirements regarding capacity and response time 1.6 Review of staking and surveying documents 1.7 Construction-phase control surveying 1.8 Deformation, settlement and movement measurements 1.9 Evidence preservation measurements 1.10 Construction-phase recording of existing conditions 1.11 Final survey / final as-built surveying 1.12 BIM interface 1.13 Documentation and reporting It is referred to the specifications of services.
